The cow herd we have put together so far is a group of cows who are from a few different breeders around the country, plus a few who we've been blessed to have raised. These girls need to be gentle enough to be around my girls and produce respectable offspring year after year with minimal creep feed and stay put together themselves or they will be culled with no questions asked. Our herd is also run with a strict mineral and vaccination protocol. We have a couple of highlight cows that we think show exactly where our program is heading toward.
